Vivo has announced a new Y-series smartphone called the Vivo Y70t 5G has been currently announced in China. The handset comes with a Full HD+ IPS LCD display, octa-core Exynos 880 chipset and more.

As for specifications, the Vivo Y70t 5G features a 6.53-inch full HD+ IPS LCD display with 2340×1080 pixels resolution, an aspect ratio of 19.9, 60Hz refresh rate, and a screen-to-body ratio of 90.72 percent. 

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core Exynos 880 chipset coupled with Mali-G76 MP5 GPU, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage. In terms of software, the device runs Android 11 based on FunTouch 10.5.

As for optics, the smartphone has a 48-megapixel main sensor along with an 8-megapixel macro sensor and 2-megapixel depth sensor triple-camera setup on the back. Whereas, for selfies and video calls, the device uses an 8-megapixel shooter.

The Vivo Y70t 5G packs a 4500mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. In terms of dimensions The device measures 162 x 76 x 8.46mm in dimensions and weighs 190 grams. It comes in three colors Real Black, Feather White, and Bihailan Blue.

On the connectivity front, the smartphone supports 5G, dual-SIM 4G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, Type-C port, GPS + GLONASS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack as well as a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The Vivo Y70t 5G is priced at 1449 Yuan (approx. Rs 16,528) for the base model with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage whereas the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model costs CNY 1699 (approx. Rs 19,386). There is also an 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant priced at CNY 1999 (approx. Rs 22,809).
