Xiaomi has announced the Redmi Note 10T smartphone, as the latest 5G device in its Redmi Note series. The Redmi 10 series consists of six devices- namely the Note 10, the Note 10S, the Note 10 5G, the Note 10 Pro, the Note 10 Pro Max, and the Note 10 Pro 5G (only available in China).
Redmi Note 10T 5G comes with a 6.5-inch full-HD+ LCD display and 2400*1080 pixel resolution, the handset offers a 90Hz refresh rate. This display is capable of switching between 30, 50, 60, and 90Hz refresh rates depending on the content displayed on the screen. Also, there is a notch on the screen for the front camera.
Under the hood, The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. The handset comes equipped with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of UFS 2.2 storage. In terms of OS software, the device runs Android 11 based on MIUI 12.
On the camera front, the Redmi Note 10T 5G features a 48MP triple-camera setup at the back, as well as a flash. The smartphone has a primary 48MP sensor as well as a 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensor. There is an 8MP camera on the front, for selfies and video calls.
The handset is powered by a 5000mAh battery unit that supports 18W fast charging. In terms of connectivity, the Redmi Note 10T 5G smartphone supports 5G, 4G, Dual Sim, 2.4/5GHz WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, multifunctional NFC, and GPS, AGPS, Galileo, and GLONASS.
In terms of dimensions, The Redmi Note 10T 5G phone measures 161.81×75.34×8.92mm, and weighs 190 grams. In addition to the fingerprint sensor on the side of the smartphone, it also has an IR blaster, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port.
As for the pricing and availability, The Redmi Note 10T 5G comes with a price tag of 19,990 Russian Ruble (approx. Rs. 20,550) and is only available in one configuration, that is, 4GB RAM + 128GB storage. The smartphone comes in Blue Mignight, Graphite Gray, Green Glow and Silver Chrome colour options.
