Samsung Galaxy F22 smartphone has been launched in India. The handset features a 90Hz screen refresh rate, a octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor and features a quad rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel main sensor. The device will be available via e-commerce platform Flipkart and Samsung online store in India.
The Samsung Galaxy F22 comes with a 6.40-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720x1600 pixels. In terms of dimensions, the smartphone measures 159.90 x 74.00 x 9.30mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 203.00 grams. The Samsung Galaxy F22 supports face unlock.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 11 operating system and is powered by a 6000mAh battery. The Galaxy F22 supports proprietary fast charging.
The smartphone on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture; an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture; a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. The phone has a 13-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls with an f/2.2 aperture.
The Samsung Galaxy F22 runs One UI 3.1 is based on Android 11 OS. In terms of storage, it packs a 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 1000GB) with a dedicated slot. The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) device that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.
