Vivo has added a new smartphone in its mid-range Y-series and also launched in Indian market, called the Vivo Y73. The handset is now listed on e-commerce platform Flipkart website and Vivo India Online Store. The device comes with a 6.44-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display, a MediaTek Helio G95 chipset, a 8GB RAM, a 64MP triple-camera setup and a 4,000mAh battery with fast charging technology.
The Vivo Y73 smartphone features a 6.44-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The display also provides a fingerprint sensor and a hole-punch cutout. The device has a gradient finish back and rectangular camera module. Under the hood, The handset is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G95 SoC along with Mali G76 GPU.
Vivo Y73 offers a triple rear camera setup for the back that includes a 64MP primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens, a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens, and a 2MP macro sensor with an f/2.4 lens. At the front, it is equipped with a 16MP sensor with an f/2.0 lens for selfies and video calls. The company has added a 4,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging technology. The company claims it can charge phone up to 60% in 30 minutes.
As we mentioned above Vivo Y73 comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It also has 3GB extended RAM and a microSD card slot for memory expansion. The handset runs on Android 11 OS out of the box with Funtouch OS 11.1. Connectivity options include 4G, dual-band, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack. . In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 161.24 x 74.37 x 7.38mm and weighs around 170 grams.
As for the pricing and availability, the Vivo Y73 incorporates 8GB RAM and also has 128GB of internal storage, which has been priced in India at Rs. 20,990. The smartphone comes in Diamond Flare and Roman Black color options.
