Motorola has launched ” Moto G Stylus 5G” as its first affordable stylus smartphone with 5G support. The Lenovo-owned company announced the Moto G Stylus 4G at CES 2021 along with Moto G power and Moto G Play back in January this year. The handset comes with a budget 5G chipset, FHD+ display, quad rear camera, big battery, and more.
Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G features a 6.8 inches Max Vision display with a Full-HD+ display. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G octa-core chipset that comes coupled with Adreno 619 GPU. It is accompanied by 6GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage that can be extended up to 1TB via a microSD card slot. The handset is running on Android 11 OS with My UX on top out of the box and also it comes with Thinkshield that provides great security to Moto G Stylus 5G.
In terms of optics, the Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G boasts a triple rear camera that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 5-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, the phone has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera under the punch-hole at the top left corner. This time Motorola has introduced a spot color photo feature to videos too in which you can highlight a single color and other colors will look black and white.
The Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G comes equipped with a 5000mah battery and supports 10W charging. For connectivity, the smartphone includes 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi, FM Radio, and a USB Type-C port. The smartphone comes with a cylindrical-shaped stylus and the phone comes with a slot of it. The device comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor with the Motorola logo embedded on it. In terms of Dimensions, it measures 169.54 x 77.48 x 9.35mm and weighs 217.5g
As for pricing and availability, the Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G comes in a solo configuration of 6GB + 256GB priced at 399$. The smartphone comes in a single color option namely emerald green. The handset will be sold via e-commerce platform website Amazon and Motorola’s official website in the US starting from June 14.
