Oneplus Buds Z2 launched in India along with Oneplus 9RT smartphone. Oneplus Buds Z2 was revealed back in November last year in China and also Oneplus 9RT was already announced in China back in October last year 2021. The device comes with a 11mm bass tuned dynamic drivers, Active Noise Cancellation support, a 40mah battery capacity and more.

The Oneplus Buds Z2 features 11mm bass tuned dynamic drivers which are touted to deliver crystal clear sound. The earbuds come with Active Noise Cancellation support up to 40dB. For connectivity, the TWS sports Bluetooth 5.2 that can provide a 10m range of connectivity.  Each of the earbuds is packed with a 40mah battery capacity while the charging case is backed by a 520mah battery. 

The company claims that the earbuds can provide up to 5 hours of battery life when ANC is ON and 7 hours battery life when ANC is OFF. The battery life can be extended up to 38 hours when ANC is OFF and 27 hours when ANC is ON using the charging case. It comes with flash charge technology in which a 10minutes of charge can provide 5 hours of battery life combining the case and earbuds. 

The Buds Z2 sports touch controls using which you can play/pause, change track, switch to transparency mode and noise cancellation mode, Answer/Reject call. Additionally, the new wireless earbuds come with an IP55 water resistance rating, 94ms ultra-low latency, Dolby Atmos support, AAC/SBC audio codecs, and Google fast pair. The Buds Z2 weighs 4.6 grams only while the charging case weighs only 42 grams. 

As for official pricing and availability, the OnePlus Buds Z2 is priced at Rs. 4,999 and the company offered the earbuds in two color options namely Obsidian Black, and Pearl White. The earbuds will go for sale on 17 January at 12 p.m noon via e-commerce platform website Amazon, and Oneplus e-store.
