Oppo A53 2020 has been announced with Snapdragon 460 SoC, 5000mah battery, and Triple rear camera setup in India. The handset introduced as the successor to the Oppo A53 that was launched by Oppo back in 2015. The device comes Electric Black, Fairy White, and Fancy Blue color variants and runs on ColorOS 7.2 which is based on Android 10 out of the box.

Oppo A53 2020 features a 6.5-inch 20:9 aspect ratio IPS LCD HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) resolution display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 82.9℅ screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, the handset is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SoC, Adreno 610 GPU, and coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 Storage. The internal storage of the device can expandable via MicroSD card up to 256GB.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo A53 2020 equipped with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 13-Megapixel (primary) camera + 2-Megapixel (Depth) sensor has an aperture of f/2.4 + 2-Megapixel (macro) with an aperture of f/2.4. On the front, the smartphone equipped with a 16-Megapixel selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.0.

The Oppo A53 packs with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. For connectivity, the smartphone includes support of 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of Sensors, It has an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, proximity sensor and a fingerprint sensor at the back of the handset.

The base variant of the Oppo A53 2020 carries a price tag of Rs. 12,990 for 4GB RAM and 64GB storage while the high-end variant of 6GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs. 15,490.
