Realme has launched a new entry-level smartphone in the C-series—called the Realme C31. This new offering by Realme has been currently unveiled in Indonesia, and is also tipped to launch in India as well by the end of this month. As for the key highlights, the device has a 6.5-inch HD+ display, up to 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, 13MP triple-cameras, and a 5,000mAh battery. 

The Realme C31 boasts of a 6.5-inch display with an HD+ resolution. The display has a water-drop-shaped notch and a 120Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core 12nm Unisoc T612 processor. The smartphone ships with up to 4GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 64GB UFS 2.2 storage. It also has a microSD card support for storage expansion beyond 64GB.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme C31 features a triple-camera setup, which includes a 13MP main camera with an f/2.2 aperture, a macro lens, and a Black and White lens. Selfies and video calls are handled by a 5MP shooter. The smartphone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging.

The Realme C31 boots Android 11 OS out of the box with Realme UI R Edition on top. the rest of the key features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 4G LTE, dual-SIM card slot, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, a 3.5mm audio port, and a USB Type-C port. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 164.7 × 76.1 × 8.4mm and weighs 197grams. 

For pricing and availability, the Realme C31 base model with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage is priced at IDR 1,599,000 (roughly ₹8,500), while the variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage costs IDR 1,649,000 (roughly ₹8,700). The smartphone comes in two colour options–Light Silver and Dark Green. According to tipster Yogesh Brar, the Realme C31 smartphone will launch in India on March 31.
