South Korean tech giant, Samsung is working on announcing a new Galaxy M53 5G model in Vietnam. In the latest development, tech blog YTECHB has leaked a render of the device, revealing its design highlights. As per the reports, the M53 5G will have , a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset, a 120Hz AMOLED screen, a 108MP main camera, and a 5,000mAh battery.

Samsung is expanding its footprint in emerging markets like Vietnam with mid-range and affordable devices. The Galaxy M53 5G will arrive as a successor to the M52 model. It is said to share its design features with the M52 and some of the hardware with the A53 5G. We expect the M53 5G to debut in India in the coming months.

The Samsung Galaxy M53 5G will have a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The smartphone will have a punch-hole display with slim bezels, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a plastic body. On the rear, it will have a quad camera setup, paired with an LED flash.

Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G is said to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor. It may come in 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB configurations. At the heart, it will boot Android 12 with One UI 4.1 on top. For connectivity, the handset will offer support for 5G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a Type-C port.

In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G will sport a quad rear camera setup comprising a 108MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, it will feature a 32MP snapper for selfies and video calls. The smartphone will house a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast-charging support.

The official pricing and availability details of the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G will be announced by the South Korean tech company at the time of its launch. However, it could bear a price-tag of around VND 1,05,45,000 (nearly Rs. 35,000) in Vietnam. The mobile will be available in multiple color variants.
