Honor Play 30 smartphone was launched in China. Its camera module looks similar to that of the iPhone 13. Under the hood, the handset is equipped with Snapdragon 480+ SoC, paired with up to 8GB of RAM. The device also packs a 5,000mAh battery, and has been launched in multiple color options.
The Honor Play 30 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) TFT LCD display. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ SoC, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDRX4 RAM. The RAM can be expanded up to 2GB for smooth operation. It comes with 128GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 512GB).
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Honor Play 30 comes with a single rear camera. There is a 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens. At the front is a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 lens for selfies and video calls. The dual-SIM smartphone runs Android 11-based Honor MagicUI 5.0,
Connectivity options on the Honor Play 30 smartphone include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C cable. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging. Onboard sensors include an ambient light sensor, compass, proximity sensor, and gravity sensor.
The official price and availability of the Honor Play 30 smartphone has not been revealed yet and the handset is currently listed for pre-reservation via e-commerce platform website store in China. Honor device will be available for purchase in Black, Blue, Gold and White color options.
