From year to year the adaptation of Hana Yori Dango to Asian TV series is always eagerly awaited. In 2021, the entertainment company based in Bangkok, Thailand, namely GMMTV will produce their version titled F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers. Bright Vachirawit and Tu Tontawan will be lined up as the main couple in this television series.

Each will play a character named Thyme and Gorya. The two characters in the Taiwanese version are known as Dao Ming Si (or Tao Ming Se) and Shan Chai, while in the Korean version their names are Goo Joon Pyo and Geum Jan Di. Of course, this couple is not complete without a figure who will be the heart of the fans.

A figure whose personality contrasts with the male lead, the second male lead who will make the audience drift away not only because of his handsome face but also his calm demeanor. In Meteor Garden he is named Hua Ze Lei while in this Thai version, the character is named Ren. Ren is played by a newcomer actor who is also under GMMTV named Jirawat Sutivanichsak.

Through F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flower, the actor who is more familiarly called Dew Jirawat will start his acting career. Dew successfully beat other actors in the casting process held by GMMTV. His calm face and calm aura seemed to inspire PARBDEE as the production team of this television series and gave the role of Ren which was adapted from the figure of Rui Hanazawa in the Hana Yori Dango comic.

In 2021, Dew Jirawat is approaching the age of 21. Born in Bangkok, October 30, 2000, he started his career in the entertainment world as a model.  The filming process for F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers has now started after the previous teaser trailer for this series was released by GMMTV.

Although the trailer is more inclined to photograph the relationship between Thyme and Gorya, Ren's calm figure who is always behind Gorya as a man who supports the poor girl still steals the attention of fans. Until now, GMMTV is still very closed about F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers. To be sure, this Thai series is planned to air in the second half of 2021.
