Sad news again hit one of the NCT members, namely Yuta who was declared exposed to Covid-19 shortly after NCT 127 finished their first dome tour concert in Japan. Quoting from the NCT fanbase account on Twitter @SM_NCT on Wednesday June 29, 2022, SM Entertainment uploaded an official statement regarding Yuta's health condition who was tested positive for Covid-19.
The following is the contents of the official statement letter from SM Entertainment. Yuta was found to be negative during a PCR test before entering Korea after their concert in Japan ended. However, he again underwent a PCR test in accordance with the applicable quarantine guidelines after returning to Korea, and tested positive for Covid-19. Yuta has received three doses of the Covid-19 vaccine, and is currently not experiencing any symptoms.
All of Yuta's schedules will be postponed, and he is currently undergoing self-quarantine in accordance with the applicable quarantine regulations. Apart from Yuta, all the other NCT 127 members, Taeil, Johnny, Taeyong, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, Mark, and Haechan were tested negative from the test results taken after they arrived in Korea. Based on this condition, the concert of NCT 127 'Neo City: The Link' in Singapore on July 2, 2022 will only be attended by 8 members.
