Kakao Entertainment has shared character posters from its latest drama ' Once Upon A Small Town ' or also known as ' Unexpected Country Diary '. Red Velvet's Joy, Choo Young Woo, and Baek Sung Chul will appear as the main characters in the drama 'Once Upon A Small Town'.
The poster, which was shared by Kakao Entertainment through its Twitter account on Tuesday August 30, 2022, shows Joy, Choo Young Woo, and Baek Sung Chul who are on a plantation and ranch. The three posters feature every character from the drama 'Once Upon A Small Town'. Starting from Joy's poster which shows herself smiling sweetly in a potato field using comfortable clothes and a hat and towel hanging around her neck.

Han Ji Yool is a veterinarian who was asked by his grandfather to look after his clinic in the village. Hee Dong Ri is the son of a peach plantation owner who is also his successor. The drama 'Once Upon A Small Town' tells the story of a love triangle between Ahn Ja Young, Han Ji Yool, and Hee Dong Ri which is set in a rural area.
While in the village, Ahn Ja Young will provide assistance to Han Ji Yool who has difficulty adapting to life in the village. Drama 'Once Upon A Small Town' is directed by Kwon Seok Jang, director of dramas 'Bossam: Steal the Fate' (2021) and 'Miss Korea' (2013). Kakao Entertainment as the production house took Baek Eun Kyung as a scriptwriter.
The drama 'Once Upon A Small Town' will air every Monday to Wednesday with a total of 12 episodes. The first episode will start broadcasting on September 5, 2022. The drama 'Once Upon A Small Town' can be watched on Kakao TV at 17.00 WIB and the Netflix streaming platform at 19.00 WIB.
