This terror attack follows an incident one year ago that occurred on a submarine and important figures such as submarine commanders, 

reporters, and members of the Defense Security Support Command gathered to try to stop the bombs. Kang Do Young (Kim Rae Won) is a Navy submarine commander who becomes a key figure associated with the submarine incident that led to the terror attack.
