On Thursday March 16, 2023, the YouTube program "Youngjin Health Center" which has changed its name to "YoungjinHo Health Center" after entering its third season, welcomed their new member, Lee Jin Ho, and released the first episode of the season at 7 pm KST. This first episode was quite special because EXO's Kai was present as a guest star at the event.
In the event, Kai certainly promoted his latest mini album, "Rover" and shared various other interesting things such as tips on taking photos, what books he likes, and places he would like to visit if he could teleport. However, the idol received special attention from the MCs because he was the global brand ambassador for the luxury brand, Gucci.
MC Lee Jin Ho even said, "Kai's influence is huge, even the director of Gucci will leave comments (on this YouTube), right?" Kai laughed at that. The MC then joked, "Is his name Gucci Choi or Kim? What does he like? Korean food with sides?" MC Lee Yong Jin then chimed in, "How can we get their attention? Is it with something like samgyeopsal?"
In the midst of their exciting conversation, MC Lee Yong Jin admitted that he had a personal question he wanted to ask Kai. He asked, "How much was the most expensive dress you bought with your own money?" The MC added, "I once bought clothes that cost 5-6 million won (Rp. 59 million-Rp. 71 million)."
MC Lee Jin Ho said, "You think that (price) is enough to compete with him?" Meanwhile, Kai replied, "I think I'm the same way. About 7-8 million won (Rp. 83 million-Rp. 95 million). I've never bought anything more expensive than that." Hearing that, MC Lee Yong Jin said, "Wow, that means I'm on the same level as Kai! The prices are similar!"
Meanwhile, while playing the "Balance Game" and faced with the choice of Gucci vs Louis Vuitton, Kai of course chose Gucci. MC Lee Yong Jin then said, "Many people are curious about the benefits of being a brand ambassador." Kai also explained the benefits he got as a Gucci brand ambassador.
He explained, "(The advantage is) 30% discount in all stores around the world. (So) if I buy gifts for my friends or parents, I usually buy Gucci." MC Lee Yong Jin then joked while closing his eyes, "I'll say this while closing my eyes, buy one (of Gucci products) for me too!"
