The Korean drama Divorce Attorney Shin features Cho Seung Woo as a divorce lawyer. The actor previously acted with Park Shin Hye in the Korean drama Sisyphus the Myth. Divorce Attorney Shin also stars Kim Sung Kyun who is known for his role in the Korean drama Reply 1988.
The storyline is adapted from the popular webtoon by webtoonist Kang Tae Kyung. The first episode of Divorce Attorney Shin airs Saturday March 4, 2023. Indonesian viewers can look forward to the broadcast of Divorce Attorney Shin every Saturday and Sunday at 20.30 WIB on Netflix.
Synopsis Divorce Attorney Shin follows the story of pianist Shin Sung Han (played by Cho Seung Woo) who comes from a wealthy family. He became a music professor at a university in Germany. One day, Shin Sung Han decides to return to South Korea after hearing shocking news. He also switched professions to become a divorce lawyer because of his past.
While solving his client's case, Shin Sung Han tries to find out the truth. His new job brings Shin Sung Han together with Lee Seo Jin (played by Han Hye Jin), a former weather reporter who works as a radio announcer. Lee Seo Jin now wants a divorce from her husband and is fighting over custody rights.
Shin Seung Han also works with his best friend from middle school Jang Hyeong Geun (played by Kim Sung Kyun) who becomes the manager in his office. How surprised Jang Hyeong Gun was when he found out that his favorite radio announcer Lee Seo Jin became a client of his friend.
There is also Jo Jeong Sik (played by Jung Moon Sung), the CEO of a real estate company who has been friends with Shin Seung Han since middle school. Divorce Attorney Shin was worked on by director Yoo Young Ah, who was behind the success of the Korean drama Thirty Nine.
