Call it iKON, Xdinary Heroes, Xikers, and The Wind postponed the release of their comeback promotional teaser. Not only in music, ASTRO's Moonbin's death also made the film world pay tribute. This can be seen from IU's decision to postpone promotional activities for the film Dream that she starred in. 

IU suspended promotions and ticket sales for the film. TV music shows also adjusted their broadcasts after ASTRO's Moonbin passed away. Mnet M! Countdown and Music Bank (KBS) continued to air, although without too much noise. In addition, the performers were also asked to wear black clothes as a form of mourning. 

The TV station will also air condolences for the late Moonbin. ASTRO's Moonbin was found dead at home. The Seoul Gangnam Police reported that Moonbin was found dead on April 18, 2023 at 20.10 South Korean time at his residence in Gangnam. The manager was the first to know about it. 

He immediately contacted the police. According to the authorities, ASTRO's Moonbin is suspected of committing suicide. The police will investigate further about the cause of death. "It is possible that Moonbin committed suicide," said the police, quoted from Yonhap News.

"We are currently discussing the possibility of an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death," he continued. Fantagio as Moonbin's management has released an official statement regarding the departure of one of the ASTRO boyband personnel. They were sad to convey the sad news to Moonbin's fans.

"On April 19th, ASTRO member Moonbin left us suddenly and became a star in the sky. Although we cannot compare to the grief felt by a bereaved family, having lost a beloved son and brother, ASTRO members are also fellow Fantagio artists and the company saddened by Moonbin's passing," Fantagio said.
