Red Velvet successfully held its first concert in Indonesia. However, one of the personnel, Irene Red Velvet, was allegedly sick during her performance. The Red Velvet concert was held on Saturday May 20, 2023 at ICE BSD Tangerang. Reveluv (as Red Velvet fans) have been waiting for the arrival of personnel.
Previously, Red Velvet had just filled a festival in Indonesia. Among them are Seoul Talk Concert (2017), Korean Wave (2019), and Allo Bank Festival (2022). Not surprisingly, tickets for Red Velvet's first concert in Indonesia, entitled 'R to V in Jakarta', became Reveluv's hunt.
The absence of Joy Red Velvet did not prevent the enthusiasm of fans from meeting Irene, Seulgi, Wendy and Yeri. Unfortunately, Red Velvet's Irene was allegedly not in a fit condition when she flew to Jakarta or her performance in Tangerang. The suspicion started with a fan upload highlighting Irene while singing Red Flavor.
One of Red Flavor's choreography allows Red Velvet's Irene to stand behind its personnel. She looks down and slightly limp when dancing. "Irene okay????" wrote the Twitter account owner @PaaNiSeulgi on the day of the concert. His tweet has now received more than 267 retweets, 157 quote tweets, and 1553 likes.
Fans' suspicions were strengthened by photos of Red Velvet's Irene upon arrival from Jakarta in South Korea. Irene also looked down like during a concert. The Red Velvet group leader wears a black hat, white jacket, and covers his face with a mask. He walked while embracing his fellow member Wendy.
"Get well soon Irenee really sad to see her sick :(" commented a fan who sent a tweet on the Twitter account @redvelfess. A number of fans who watched the Red Velvet concert also realized that Irene looked like she was sick. Even though her condition is not known for certain, Irene won praise from Reveluv Indonesia for her professional attitude.
"Yes, yesterday it looked really good at first, the eyes were puffy and a little weak, then the words were super duper soft, fortunately, the mood was able to rise again because I saw enthusiastic fans, get well soon mommy," replied a fan. "aaa no wonder you were able to go to the back of the stage, I hope Irene gets well soon," said a fan.

Previously, Reveluv Indonesia was worried about the continuity of Red Velvet's concert because Wendy tested positive for COVID-19 a few days before the event. Luckily Wendy was able to recover and came to Jakarta with other personnel.
