Sad news has just been shared by label SJ regarding Super Junior's upcoming world tour. One of SuJu's members, Siwon, had to be absent following a positive Covid-19 result after a gig in Bangkok, Thailand. "Hello, this is Label SJ. We are telling you about Super Junior's Siwon who tested positive for Covid-19.
Siwon again received a positive result on August 3, 2022 through a PCR test he underwent while preparing for his overseas activity schedule," SJ's label wrote on their official social media accounts. As a result, Siwon was unable to attend the Super Junior World Tour – Super Show 9: Road in Manila. Super Junior is scheduled to hold a concert in Manila on August 6, 2022.
"Therefore, we ask for understanding from fans that he will not be able to attend the concert for Super Junior World Tour – Super Show 9: Road in Manila scheduled for this week," SJ's label continued. Previously, Super Junior itself had announced that the Super Show 9 concert would be held in Indonesia.
