Ahead of the broadcast, Netflix released the latest stills from the drama ' A Time Called You ' featuring the characters Ahn Hyo Seop, Jeon Yeo Been, and Kang Hoon. 'A Time Called You' itself follows the story of Jun Hee (Jeon Yeo Been), who misses his girlfriend who died a year ago. As fate would have it, he returns to 1998 due to a mysterious tape.

That year, she met Si Heon (Ahn Hyo Seop), who looked very much like her late lover, Yeon Jun (Ahn Hyo Seop). Jun Hee transforms into a high school teenager named Min Joo (Jeon Yeo Been). The continuation of her story with Si Heon becomes complicated when In Kyu (Kang Hoon), also likes Min Joo.

Launching from Netlix Korea's official Instagram with the username @netflixkr, here are some screenshots of the 3 main characters. The released stills show the actor's different roles from 2023 to 1998 with their contrasting performances, youthful romance, and mystery interweaving them. The actors playing the dual roles also expressed their opinions about their characters.

Ahn Hyo Seop, who plays Si Heon, a high school boy and Yeon Jun who tragically died in a plane crash while preparing his proposal to Jun Hee, gave his comments.  “I feel the charm of being able to portray different aspects of characters according to the time difference,” he said as quoted from Mydramalist August 18, 2023.

Meanwhile Jeon Yeo Been brings to life the character of the confident Jun Hee and the introverted high school student Min Joo, emphasizing the importance of confidence in his character. He said, “The most important thing is to believe. When I become Min Joo, I believe that I am Min Joo, when I become Jun Hee, I believe that I am Jun Hee.”

Not to forget, Kang Hoon who plays In Kyu also gave his comments. He shared, “Although he (In Kyu) may appear to be a bee on the surface, I focused on portraying the character In Kyu who is rational, calm, and deep-minded and has subtle emotional changes.” Meanwhile, the drama 'A Time Called You' itself will be released on Netflix worldwide, namely more than 190 countries on September 8, 2023.
