BB GIRLS will soon be making a comeback in August with the latest mini album titled ' One More Time '. In welcoming the release of their latest mini album, BB GIRLS conducted a number of exclusive photo shoots and interviews with Cosmopolitan Korea magazine for the August issue.
On this occasion they discussed many things about their latest album and their future careers. Quoting from Allkpop on Tuesday July 25, 2023, the four members of BB GIRLS said that for this comeback album, they expressed the music and dance that they had wanted to do for a long time.
Yuna expressed her love for the new song, "We chose our new song and all 4 members actively participated in the choreography." Adding to Yuna's stance, Eunji shared, "Because we have been together for more than 8 years, we already know each other well. Everyone will know after hearing the song."
Not to forget, member Minyoung described their new song as like summer. Different from most people who imagine a fresh and cheerful atmosphere for summer songs, BB GIRLS will actually bring a sexy appearance for their summer songs. "Our new song is like summer. But when discussing summer, most people will think of a refreshing song.
But our song is a little hot," said Minyoung. Yuna added that their new song cannot be compared to anything or has no match at all. "You won't be able to compare our new song. We think we have no opponents. That doesn't mean we claim to be the best, but we want to show our best abilities, rather than compete with others," explained Yuna.
Furthermore, BB GIRLS discussed the future of their group, and plans after making a comeback with a new album. Yuna admitted that she wanted to finish their comeback first and wanted to fulfill their promise to fans to hold a concert. Meanwhile, Eunji admitted that she wanted activities abroad.
"I want to do a lot of activities abroad. This is one of the things I look forward to the most in the future," Eunji admitted. Minyoung closed their interview session with Cosmopolitan Korea magazine by saying their main goal. The idol admitted that she wanted to receive the best newcomer award even though they had been in the music industry for a long time.
