Get ready to witness the acting transformation of actor Lee Jae Wook through his latest role in the drama ' The Impossible Heir '. Airing on Disney+, 'Impossible Heir' tells the story of 3 characters who have a desire to reach the top and power by trying to seize the throne of the largest conglomerate in Korea. 

Lee Jae Wook will play the cold-blooded character Han Tae Oh. Meanwhile, Lee Jun Young plays the role of Kang In Ha, who has good and evil qualities at the same time, and Hong Su Zu will play the role of Na Hye Won. 

Quoting from Soompi on Wednesday January 31, 2024, the character Han Tae Oh has a smart brain and a cool attitude. Born as the son of an assassin, Han Tae Oh runs away from his old life and tries to get out of trouble by approaching Kang In Ha, the illegitimate son of a conglomerate from the Kang Oh Group.

The two then conspired to seize power over the largest conglomerate in Korea. Responding to his role as Han Tae Oh, Lee Jae Wook said, "Han Tae Oh is a character who doesn't give up easily when faced with problems, when he decides on a goal.  As a character who is good at putting on a poker face, he never shows his weak side.” 

The actor continued, “I changed my acting to hide the expressive face and feelings of the character I played. Through the drama 'The Impossible Heir' I think I can show the calm and persistent side of myself at the same time.” Director Min Yeon Hong revealed more about the character played by Lee Jae Wook in the drama 'The Impossible Heir'. 

"While following Lee Jae Wook's acting career, I saw that he had portrayed various characters and succeeded in leaving an impression on me.  At the same time, I think that he is an actor who dares to show his charm to the fullest," said the director. 

He added, "I believe that if Lee Jae Wook plays the character Han Tae Oh, who is always serious and puts on a poker face to hide his feelings, viewers will definitely be amazed by the charm he exudes." The Korean drama 'The Impossible Heir' will premiere on February 28, 2024.
