NewJeans, revealed that they are preparing to release their latest music project. Quoted from Billboard on Thursday March 7, 2024, Danielle and the four members of NewJeans admitted that they were busy with various preparations for their latest project, such as recording, hard training, and song choreography.

"We can't reveal too much, but I just want to share that we are preparing and practicing hard," said Danielle NewJeans at the Billboard Women in Music event. "We can't wait to share our new music with everyone. We're really looking forward to it," continued Danielle.

Through this interview, Danielle and Hanni also shared their happiness regarding the success of the song "Super Shy", which is one of NewJeans' last comeback projects from the Get Up EP which was released in 2023. The song managed to peak at number one on various prestigious global music charts. 

Danielle said the NewJeans members immediately liked the song from the first time they heard it. Meanwhile, Hanni admitted that the song "Super Shy" managed to stick in his mind. "When we first heard about it, we immediately thought, 'This is so interesting,'" said Danielle NewJeans.

"This song managed to stick in our heads every time we worked on it," continued Hanni NewJeans. NewJeans is a South Korean girl group that debuted in 2022 under the auspices of ADOR, one of HYBE's music labels.

This group, which consists of five talented members, has just received an award at the 2024 Billboard Women in Music Awards which was held in Los Angeles, United States on Wednesday March 6, 2024, local time. In this event, NewJeans successfully won the Group of the Year category award and became the first K-pop group to win that category. 

NewJeans' victory also made Minji et al join a number of other well-known musicians who won other categories, such as Charli XCX, Maren Morris, and Ice Spice. NewJeans has succeeded in attracting the attention of the international public since its debut in July 2022 through hit songs, such as "Attention", "Ditto", "Hype Boy", "Cookie", and others.
