EXO's Suho, finally managed to close his first concert with great success. This concert is Suho's first solo concert after 12 years of debuting as an idol. Quoting Allkpop on Monday May 27, 2024, tickets for the "2024 SUHO CONCERT SU:HOME" concert which was held on May 25-26, 2024 at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, were sold out.
The final day's performances were also broadcast live online via Beyond Live and Weverse allowing fans from the United States, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Australia, Germany, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and other countries to watch simultaneously, reaffirming its global popularity Suho as a solo artist.
The idol was directly involved in planning and directing the concept of the concert, with the name 'SU' inviting fans to “HOME” which reflects Suho's unique subtle feelings. The design for the stage also imitates the concept of a house depicted in concert posters, creating the atmosphere of various parts such as rooms, living rooms, and gardens, using elements such as light curtains, curved screens, and circular lifts to enhance the visual experience.
Because the concert preceded Suho's new comeback mini album which will be released on May 31, seven songs from the album were premiered there. This is a valuable bonus for the audience of Suho's first solo concert. Apart from that, Suho, who really likes band music, compiled various setlists based on the rock genre and performed with a live band.
He plays electric and acoustic guitar in some of his sessions on stage, showcasing his musical talents. He also invited Younha and Giriboy as guest artists at his concert to deliver a unique performance which was well received.
Fans wore a pink dress code, filled the venue and carried slogans reading "Thank you for inviting us to SU" and "If eternity existed, it would be the story of Suho and us." After the concert held in Seoul, Suho will continue his Asian tour in seven regions, including Manila on June 22, Hong Kong on July 6, Taipei on July 13, Bangkok on July 20, Kuala Lumpur on July 28, and Jakarta on August 10.
He will also start a European tour in five regions, namely London on September 10, Paris on September 12, Düsseldorf on September 14, Berlin on September 16, and Warsaw on September 18. Excitedly looking forward to Suho EXO's solo concerts?
