Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber announced the birth of their first child via Instagram on Friday August 23, 2024 local time. The musician, who was born in 1994, made the announcement by sharing a photo of his child's feet on his personal Instagram.
"WELCOME HOME, JACK BLUES BIEBER," Justin wrote in the caption of the photo upload. His wife, Hailey Bieber, also uploaded a similar photo to Instagram Story, adding a teddy bear emoji and a blue heart. The birth of the first child named Jack Blues Bieber was also celebrated by Justin Bieber's biological mother, Pattie Mallette.
"Congratulations @justinbieber & Hailey. Love you forever, Jack!!" he wrote on Instagram. The 30-year-old musician and 27-year-old model first announced the news of their first child together in May 2024 via Instagram. In the black and white photos and videos, the two of them appear to be renewing their wedding vows on an island in Hawaii.
As reported by TMZ sources last May 2024, the model has entered her third trimester of pregnancy and is predicted to give birth to her first child in mid-2024. Page Six also discussed rumors of Hailey's pregnancy since July 2023 when a video of the couple walking around with their friends spread.
In the video, a friend of the two of them is seen accidentally revealing that Hailey is pregnant before Justin Bieber gives a signal for his friend to be quiet. The couple first met when Hailey met Justin Bieber in 2009.
The two were introduced to each other by Hailey's father, Stephen Baldwin. However, the two did not have a romantic relationship until 2015. They confirmed their romance on New Year's Day 2016, but it ended in the same year. Justin and Hailey Bieber got back together two years later.
The relationship came after the singer of the song Baby had reconnected with Selena Gomez in 2017, and broke up again. After getting back together, Justin and Hailey Bieber immediately got engaged and got married on September 13, 2018.
