SBS has confirmed the production of an upcoming Friday-Saturday drama titled Our Movie (literal title) starring Namgoong Min and Jeon Yeo Bin as the main characters. Our Movie follows the story of a film director Lee Je Ha (played by Namgoong Min) who is experiencing a “sophomore slump.”
He loses momentum after his first successful project swept film festivals. And a woman named Lee Da Eum (played by Jeon Yeo Bin) who is terminally ill with a rare disease. She begins to dream of becoming an actress herself while consulting on a film about living with a terminal illness.
Our Movie is Namgoong Min's comeback project as a main actor with SBS after three years of success with the drama One Dollar Lawyer. However, he had a cameo in Taxi Driver 2 in 2023. Meanwhile, this is Jeon Yeo Bin's first drama project to be aired by SBS. She is currently preparing for promotions for the film Harbin, and also stars in the film Black Nuns with Song Hye Kyo.
