It was just revealed that EXO's Baekhyun once made a meaningful donation to the National Museum of Korea. On September 26, 2024, Baekhyun was invited as a donor member to the 50th anniversary ceremony of the National Museum Association of Korea titled 'New Past, Old Future'.
The National Museum Association of Korea is a group of non-profit organizations that support museums and actively works for the purpose of donating artifacts, improving exhibition spaces, assisting in academic and educational development, and disseminating traditional culture through donations and the culture of donation from people who love museums.
Baekhyun previously donated 50 million won (approximately 38, 000 US Dollar) in January in hopes of helping to recover our undiscovered artifacts. The donation was used to recover undiscovered artifacts from various countries.
Baekhyun said, "I hope that the National Museum of Korea, which represents Korea, will have a better exhibition environment and that our undiscovered artifacts will be returned to their rightful place so that many people can fully communicate with them."
