Loffler could not be transported by plane because he suffered from seizures that would recur if exposed to air pressure.
So he was strapped to a chair in a cage. Navy Lieutenant Dr. Ellen Taylor (Famke Jannsen) is the doctor in charge of Loffler's medical needs. Frank and Taylor often clash because Taylor feels Frank is arrogant and dishonest.
