BLACKPINK's Lisa will hold a fan meet up event at Beach City International Stadium (BCIS), Jakarta on Friday, November 15, 2024. This event is organized by Big Ground Entertainment and Sunny Side Up as the promoter to provide an unforgettable experience for LILIES (LISA fans) in Indonesia.
Although using the name fan meet up , the promoter explained that the concept of the event resembles a fan concert . Lisa will sing several songs with stage action like a solo concert. Lisa is claimed to be presenting a special and unique show, supported by the use of advanced visual effect performance technology .
"Lisa will sing for fans in Indonesia. She will bring her latest songs to this fan meet up event , along with her dancers , along with the visual technology that has been prepared. So it's not just chit-chat , but more of a performance ," said Kevin Hermanto, Chairman and Founder of Big Ground Entertainment when met in Jakarta on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
Over the past few months, Lisa has released a number of new songs, one of which is 'ROCKSTAR' which also marks her first comeback since her solo debut with the album LALISA in 2021. Last August, Lisa also released a collaboration single with Spanish singer Rosalia titled 'New Woman'.
On that occasion, the promoter also revealed that there will be a big surprise related to Lisa's Fan Meet Up event in Jakarta next month. They are still keeping it a secret now because they have not received approval from Lisa's side.
"In the near future, we have something surprising for the Indonesian people, LILIES, BLINK (BLACKPINK fans), very, very special regarding this," said Kevin. The event will also be hosted by an Indonesian MC whose name has yet to be revealed. He will host the event and interact with Lisa in English.
Lisa's Fan Meet Up in Jakarta had the smallest audience capacity compared to the other four countries. The seating capacity in Jakarta was deliberately limited to create an exclusive impression and a more personal experience for LILIES in Indonesia. The promoter also ensured that it would make it easier for BLACKPINK Lisa fans to enjoy this event.
"We have prepared shuttle buses and various other facilities for their convenience, which will be announced through our website and social media. We want to ensure that their experience, from access to the venue to the end of the event, runs smoothly and pleasantly," said Puji Adi Andaya, CEO of Big Ground Entertainment.
