Rose shared her different thoughts about marriage. This was conveyed by the BLACKPINK member in a recent interview on Jake Shane's YouTube channel, on Thursday November 28, 2024. There are still many people in society who make marriage the standard of their happiness. However, this does not apply to Rose.

She insists on questioning the reason why most people say that marriage is important for happiness. However, according to Rose, not everyone has a happy past experience. She said, "Getting married and having a house, why is that the standard for being happy, which can't even be changed in society?

Some people have sad experiences there and sometimes I feel very happy being a single girl." The 1997-born idol added that she likes watching dating shows. However, she prefers those broadcasted by Korean television, rather than the United States. For this one, Rose also has her own reasons.

According to Rose, shows like " Love Island " that air on US TV often feature contestants making out and so on, even on the first day. Whereas on Korean shows, couples will only hold hands for the first time in the final episode, which gives her a better impression.

Rose's preference seems to be in line with her previous statement that she is "very serious about dating." On the other hand, Rose also discussed how she can't help but read negative comments. The worst thing is when haters point out something she already thinks about herself. It's no wonder Rose has anxiety disorders.

"I'll get anxious and I'll tell myself, I just need five minutes. I need a break. You know how people go on smoke breaks, I need a break like that," Rose explained. Furthermore, regarding her first solo album, "Rosie" which will be released on December 6, 2024, Rose admitted that she had been waiting for this time to arrive for a long time.

"At this point, I've liked this album for a long time and I know that it doesn't mean much because it's so much like me. I feel like people will be able to relate to it. If you don't like it, that's okay, that's okay," concluded the singer of "Gone".
