Busy with his career in China, EXO's Lay made a surprising announcement. The man born in 1991, revealed that he had just formed a new agency called Chromosome Entertainment. This is known from Lay's upload on Instagram, which shows a video introducing his new agency.

In addition, via the  official Twitter account of Chromosome Entertainment, they said that Lay himself will guide the trainees there. There is only one condition for trainees who want to join there, they must show their talent so they can 'beat' Lay. As is known, Lay EXO is one of the  most talented K-pop idols. 

Born from a boy group created by SM Entertainment, Lay can dance, sing, and produce his own music. Lay's decision to establish his own agency apparently received support from Lee Soo Man as CEO of SM Entertainment. He loudly supported what Lay did. The man who is often called teacher by idols in SM, even sent a video message to Lay.

"Lay has had sparkling eyes since he was young and he was very diligent when learning to dance. He is diligent in everything he does. He values ​​relationships between people. And I heard that he will be establishing an entertainment agency, and I want to congratulate him,"  he wrote.

"I believe he has the potential to be a producer and founder of an agency as he has shown many talents before. I am sure he will be able to create a successful agency in China and also the world," concluded Lee Soo Man.
