Singer and actor, Rain, recently announced that he would be temporarily stopping his activities on YouTube. The owner of the full name Jung Ji Hoon said that he would take a break or rest for a while from uploading content on YouTube.
As reported by Allkpop on Monday December 23, 2024, through his official YouTube channel, Season B Season , Rain shared a farewell video for his loyal fans. Through a video titled, "This is Jung Ji Hoon. I Want to Apologize."
Through the video, Rain specifically apologized to everyone, even bowing his head. "Everyone, I apologize," said Rain. Actress Kim Tae Hee's husband continued, "I came to deliver some news. We have decided to take a short break to produce better content."
While laughing, Rain said that the main reason for stopping his activities on YouTube was none other than the current decline in the number of viewers. "Even though we didn't take a break, the number of viewers hasn't been that big lately. So...," he continued.

One of their most popular videos has also managed to reach 12.24 million views. However, recently the number of viewers of their content has been decreasing, and only reaching a total of between 100,000 and 680,000 viewers over the past month.
