Worrying news came from Lee Junho 2PM. On February 7, 2025, the agency JYP Entertainment announced that the idol actor born in 1990 was announced to have suffered an injury in the form of a torn ligament. It was not revealed why Junho could suffer such a severe injury.

The agency representative only revealed, "Lee Junho recently suffered a torn ligament while on a schedule and is currently undergoing treatment." Following the announcement, Junho was caught on camera at the airport using a walking stick.

Junho appeared at Gimpo International Airport on the afternoon of February 7, 2025 in a worrying condition. The "King of the Land" star appeared using crutches on both sides and was escorted by several security officers. Junho will be heading to Japan to hold a concert.

Despite his injury, the actor will continue his concert tour on February 8-9, 2025 in Tokyo. The next concerts will be held on February 22-23, 2025 in Taipei, and March 1-2, 2025 in Sao Paulo. On the other hand, Junho debuted in 2008 as a member of 2PM.

He has also gained positive recognition as an actor, starring in dramas such as “Rain or Shine”, “The Red Sleeve” and “King the Land”, as well as films such as “Twenty” and “Homme Fatale”. In 2025, Junho is scheduled to appear in two dramas at once. The first is the Netflix drama titled “Cashero”.

The drama, adapted from a popular webtoon of the same title, also stars Kim Hye Joon , Kim Byung Chul , and Kim Hyang Gi . “Cashero” is a superhero series that follows the story of ordinary government employee Kang Sang Woong (Junho), who gains a special ability that allows him to gain as much power as the cash he has.

He empties his wallet to save the world. Furthermore, Junho has also reportedly agreed to star in tvN's new drama titled "Typhoon Boss". The drama explores the struggles of a small family business during the 1997 IMF financial crisis.

Junho has reportedly been offered the role of Kang Tae Poong, the CEO of Typhoon Company who works tirelessly to protect the family business cherished by his late father. The drama will follow Tae Poong's journey through the ordeal of the IMF crisis, highlighting his growth and the challenges of becoming a "real adult."
