Previously, Dispatch released a report on the idol's alleged cheating while serving as a social worker. According to Dispatch's review, Mino was suspected of having a disturbing pattern of absence, lack of accountability, and preferential treatment due to his celebrity status.

Revealed by witnesses A and B, Mino rarely adhered to the scheduled work hours starting at 10 a.m. The idol often arrived late or did not show up at all. Even when he was present, Mino reportedly spent his time playing games with AirPods.

Mino also did not do his duties such as responding to complaints, organizing documents, or completing tasks related to letters. A revealed that Mino rarely came to work and was more often absent from fulfilling his obligations. Meanwhile, witness B claimed that Mino worked at most two days a week and sometimes only two or three days a month.

Mino was also excluded from telephone duties to avoid public identification as a celebrity. As a result of this arrangement, the burden on Mino's coworkers increased. Mino was also criticized for violating workplace standards regarding clothing and grooming.

Mino reportedly refused to cut his long hair, despite requests from management. He also wore casual clothing, including Crocs instead of standard shoes, which drew complaints from staff and the public. Both A and B noted that Mino received preferential treatment, which they attributed to his celebrity status.

Meanwhile, YG as Mino's agency has already given a statement after the accusations against the artist. At that time, YG denied the accusations that Mino skipped work while undergoing military service. YG insisted that the idol had used his leave properly according to existing regulations.

"It is difficult to confirm detailed information regarding his duties as an artist. However, we would like to inform you that the reason for his sick leave is an extension of the treatment he received prior to his duties, and that he used all other vacation days in accordance with regulations," YG Entertainment stated.
