TWICE's Chaeyoung is preparing to make her solo debut. JoyNews24 reported on Tuesday June 10, 2025 that Chaeyoung will debut as a solo singer in the second half of 2025.
According to the report, Chaeyoung's solo debut is expected to take place in the fall, following TWICE's comeback in July 2025 and their overseas concert tour schedule. Responding to the report, JYP Entertainment confirmed that Chaeyoung is indeed preparing her solo album.
However, JYP has not been able to announce the exact release date for Chaeyoung's solo project. "Chaeyoung will be making her debut as a solo artist. She is currently preparing her album.
The exact release date will be announced later," said JYP Entertainment. With this debut, Chaeyoung becomes the fourth member of TWICE to debut as a soloist. Previously, Nayeon, Jihyo, and Tzuyu had already made solo debuts.
Meanwhile, TWICE will also release their fourth album titled 'THIS IS FOR' on July 11, 2025. The release of the new album will also mark the start of their latest world tour. In addition, TWICE will also headline Lollapalooza Chicago on August 2, 2025.
