BTS member V drew cheers from the stands as he walked onto the field with a baseball glove in one hand. He was set to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the game between the LA Dodgers and Cincinnati Reds.

With BTS's "MIC Drop" playing in the background, his arrival felt like a call for a momentous occasion, and the singer delivered with a strike! Yoshinobu Yamamoto caught the ball, and cheers erupted, with the song immediately transitioning into the group's "Fire," a fitting choice for the occasion.

Fans shared live footage of BTS's V greeting the crowd, saying, "It's time for Dodgers baseball ," to loud cheers. He was seen warming up before pitching and making an impressive throw from the mound. He also shared a hug with Dodgers hitter Shohei Ohtani. We're sure their hug will be the talk of the town for days!

Interestingly, the singer wore an LA Dodgers jersey with the number 7 emblazoned on it for all to see. There was some question as to whether the star would choose his birth year, 1995, for the outfit, as many have done. However, he chose the group's signature number 7, earning praise from the BTS ARMY.

The live comments for his pitching drew praise as they wanted V to join the team after his electrifying left-handed throw. They also shared how much excitement V had, saying, "69.2 million Instagram followers. You know, most superstars are known by one name.

This guy is so famous, he's known by just one letter!" Indeed, being the third member after Jungkook and J-Hope to join the pitching squad, V has made a name for himself with his impressive pitching, and it looks like he'll be back in the studio soon to work on BTS's post-military comeback album.
