In an official statement, Source Music stated that Sakura is currently feeling unwell, making it impossible for her to appear at the scheduled awards ceremony. "SAKURA is currently feeling unwell, and she won't be able to participate in the 2025 K-WORLD DREAM AWARDS today as scheduled.

We kindly ask for the generous understanding from our fans," wrote Source Music in an official statement. The agency emphasized that the artist's health is their top priority. Therefore, Sakura's schedule will be adjusted to allow her to focus on rest and recovery.

"Our company places the utmost priority on the health of our artists, and we are dedicated to adjusting their schedules accordingly. We are committed to supporting SAKURA's recovery, ensuring she can return to her fans in good health," added Source Music.

News of Sakura's absence from the K-World Dream Awards immediately caused hashtags related to her to rise across various social media platforms. Fans from around the world flooded their timelines with messages of "Get Well Soon Sakura " and prayers for their beloved idol's speedy recovery and return to the spotlight in good health.

While disappointed, fans understood the decision, as their idol's health should always be a priority. Many expressed their affection with encouraging messages, hoping Sakura wouldn't feel guilty about her absence. Sakura's absence is certainly a major loss for the group.

However, the other LE SSERAFIM members are confirmed to attend the 2025 K-World Dream Awards to show their dedication to their fans. Even without Sakura's presence, the group from Source Music is expected to still put on a stunning performance, in line with their reputation as one of the most popular girl groups of the fourth generation.

In their closing statement, Source Music reiterated their commitment to providing full support to Sakura. They promised to ensure the idol receives the best possible care so she can return to her activities as soon as possible. "Wishing Sakura a speedy recovery!" the agency concluded in its official statement.

With Sakura's absence from the grand stage of the 2025 K-World Dream Awards, fans can now only await further updates from her agency. The star's health remains her top priority, and all support from fans is expected to expedite her recovery.
