TOMORROW X TOGETHER and agency BIGHIT MUSIC will donate US$1.4 million to UNICEF over the next two years. On September 30, 2025 (New York time), TXT and BIGHIT MUSIC announced a new partnership to support the mental well-being of young people around the world.
The partnership was launched at an event at UNICEF Headquarters in New York City, where TXT discussed their motivations and hopes for collaborating with a group of young leaders from the UNICEF network.
The event, hosted by UNICEF US Ambassador Justin Min, was also attended by Ambassador Sangjin Kim, Deputy Permanent Public Representative of Korea to the United Nations, UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell,
UNICEF Deputy Executive Director Kitty van der Heijden, and Executive Director of the Korean Committee for UNICEF, Cho Mijin. With the theme “Together for Tomorrow,” TXT will mobilize its growing global fanbase to encourage open conversations about mental health.
In addition, TXT also supports young people to feel confident to speak up, access support, and build the social and emotional skills they need to thrive. TXT shared, “Whenever we face difficulties in life, empathy, kindness, and inclusion have helped us build stronger relationships and find a way forward.”
“With so many young people today experiencing mental health issues, we are proud to join UNICEF in encouraging young people to interact respectfully, celebrate diversity, and support peers who may feel isolated,” he said.
They reiterated that, “Together, we can build the supportive relationships young people need for a compassionate and resilient future.” Globally, one in seven adolescents experiences mental health, and nearly half of all mental health problems begin before the age of 18.
Through the partnership, TXT and BIGHIT MUSIC will make donations over the next two years, with plans to raise additional funds through fan engagement and other activities. This funding will support various mental health programs and advocacy.
This partnership reflects BIGHIT MUSIC's commitment to supporting UNICEF and will showcase TXT's unique voice as an inspiration and engage young people around the world in matters of mental well-being.
