American former child actor, Tyler Chase has been in the spotlight since a video went viral in September 2025. The Disney star was seen homeless and living on the streets of Riverside, California.

A viral video shows a fan recording Tyler Chase and asking if he's a Disney Channel actor. Chase is seen replying that he starred in Ned's Declassified. Chase played Martin Qwerly in the series Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide from 2004 to 2007.

Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide tells the story of a character named Ned Bigby who navigates his school life. A GoFundMe page for Tylor Chase, a fundraiser, circulated in September alongside the video. The page raised US$1,200, but was shut down by his mother.

"Tylor needs medical attention for money, but he refuses it. I appreciate your efforts, but money is not his advantage," Tylor Chase's mother said, as quoted by Primetimer. "I've bought him a cell phone several times, but it's gone within a day or two.

He can't manage the money for his own medication," he explained. Additionally, the actors of the Ned's Declassified Podcast Survival Guide series expressed their desire to help Tylor Chase after the video went viral. "It's hard to process.

When I saw the video, I was angry, because why would they point the camera at someone who's having a hard time?" Daniel Curtis Lee said on the Ned's Declassified podcast. Lindsey Shaw, who also co-stars with Chase, said, “I was like that.”
