South Korean actor, Lee Do Hyun recently finished filming Netflix's latest Korean drama, Grand Galaxy Hotel. Now he's looking for a new project, and producers are fighting over Lee Do Hyun!

Most recently, he was offered a role in the action drama "Destroyer of Destruction" (literal translation). In it, Lee Do Hyun plays the lead role of an elite assassin.

YH Entertainment management confirmed the actor's offer. However, there's no word yet on whether he'll accept or decline the role in Destroyer of Destruction.

So, fans still have to wait for confirmation from the actor. Destroyer of Destruction itself is packaged as a large-scale action drama. Its main story follows an elite hitman who has worked for decades in the world of organized crime.

One day, he was assigned to the police witness protection unit. There, he transformed into a different person. Usually a killer, he now protected victims, but in an unconventional way.

A director has been tapped to direct Destroyer of Destruction. Shin Kyung Soo, who previously helmed The First Responders (2022), Six Flying Dragons (2015), and The Nokdu Flowers (2019), has been tapped.

The Korean drama "Destroyer of Destruction" isn't the only project Lee Do Hyun has been offered. He was also previously cast in the film "Viva La Vida" (working title), adapted from the Chinese film of the same name.

Viva La Vida tells the story of two terminally ill strangers who are brought together by fate and develop a special bond. They support each other in their final days, discovering the meaning of life and true love.

The Korean adaptation of Viva La Vida is planned to be directed by Park Dan Hee, known for his Korean dramas Weak Hero Class 1 (2022), Tastefully Yours (2025), and the upcoming Love in Disguise.

Lee Do Hyun was offered the role alongside actress Kim Min Ha. However, as of this report's release, there has been no confirmation whether he accepted or declined the role.
