Ji Chang Wook's latest romantic drama, *Merry Berry Love*, has stolen international attention after only one episode aired. According to information from CJ ENM, the drama managed to rank **No. 9 globally in the Disney+ TV show category** on FlixPatrol as of October 8, 2026, just one day after its premiere on October 7, 2026.

*Merry Berry Love* also made it into the Disney+ Top 10 in **11 countries and territories**, including South Korea, Japan, Finland, Iceland, and Estonia.

These early rankings demonstrate strong international audience interest in the cross-border romance starring Ji Chang Wook and Japanese actress Mio Imada. The drama's story centers on Lee Yoo Bin, a Korean space planner played by Ji Chang Wook, whose career is ruined by business problems.

He then travels to a Japanese island, where he meets Karin Shirahama, a farmer played by Mio Imada. Without revealing too many plot details, the first episode introduces their complicated encounter and how their relationship begins to develop.

Ji Chang Wook also captivated viewers with his ability to naturally switch between comedy and romance, using playful expressions in lighthearted scenes before revealing an emotional side as the story progresses.

With *Merry Berry Love* already reaching No. 9 globally after just one episode, attention is now on whether the drama can continue to climb the Disney+ rankings in the coming weeks. New episodes of *Merry Berry Love* will be released every Wednesday on Disney+.
