The Tecno Pova smartphone was officially launched in the country on 4th December 2020.
Tecno Pova smartphone comes with a 6.80-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720x1640 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20.5:9. It measures 171.23 x 77.57 x 9.40mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 215.50 grams.
Tecno Pova runs Android 10 operating system. The phone is powered by a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM and is powered by a 6000mAh battery. The Tecno Pova supports proprietary fast charging.
As for the cameras, the Tecno Pova on the rear packs a 16-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.85 aperture; a second 2-megapixel camera; a third 2-megapixel camera and a fourth aI lens camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies, with an f/2.0 aperture.
Tecno Pova runs HiOS 7.0 based on Android 10 operating system and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 256GB) with a dedicated slot. The phone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. It was launched in Dazzle Black, Magic Blue, and Speed Purple colours.
Connectivity options on the smartphone include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, Micro-USB, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the Tecno Pova include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor.
