Vivo has expanded its Y-series of smartphones in China. The company has launched Vivo Y30G budget smartphone in the region. The handset comes with a notched display and sports a dual rear camera setup. It is powered by an octa-core processor and packs 8GB of RAM.

Vivo Y30G features a 6.51-inch LCD HD+ display with 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P65 processor paired with 8GB of RAM. The Vivo Y30G runs on Android 11 operating system topped with the company's own OriginOS 1.0. 

As for the cameras, the Vivo Y30G smartphone has a dual rear camera with 13MP primary sensor and 2MP secondary camera. The front is home to an 8MP selfie shooter.

The Vivo Y30G packs 128GB internal storage, users can further expand the storage up to 1TB by adding a microSD card. The dual SIM smartphone also comes with Multi-Turbo 5.0 and Game Box 9.0 for improved gaming performance.

The Vivo Y30G is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The company claims that the smartphone can charge up to 68% in an hour. The smartphone comes equipped with a side mounted fingerprint sensor.

The Vivo Y30G comes in three colour options -- Aqua Blue, Obsidian Black and Dwan White. The company has priced the smartphone at 1,499 yuan (Rs 16,700). The company has not yet revealed when the smartphone will launch in India.
