Honor has launched a new tablet in China, dubbed as the Honor Tab X7, and it is the first tablet revealed after Honor becomes separated from Huawei.
The tablet comes in three variants, Wi-Fi only, Wi-Fi + LTE variant, and Children variant. The new Honor Tab comes with a big battery, 8-inch display, MediaTek chipset, and more.
Honor Tab X7 comes with an 8-inches IPS display with 800 x 1200 pixels resolution along with an 80 per cent screen to body ratio. The display is certified by the Chinese National Eye Engineering Center for Eye Care and Rheinland Low Blue Light Certification.
The tablet is powered with a MediaTek MT8768T octa-core chipset paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The tab comes equipped with a 5100mah battery which is touted to deliver 10 hours of HD video playback and 88 hours of continuous audio playback and it supports 10W charging.
The Honor Tab X7 is running on Magic UI 4.0 based on Android 10 operating system and weighs 325 grams. In terms of cameras, the tablet boasts a 5-megapixel rear sensor and a 2-megapixel selfie camera.
For connectivity, the smart Honor Tab X7 tablet includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 4G LTE(LTE variant only), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, micro USB charging port, and a USB Type-C port.
The kid variant comes Preloaded with education-based software and features to help in the academic growth of children. The company also bundled multitasking and integrated multi-window functionality.
Honor Tab X7 Wi-Fi only variant is priced at 899 yuan and Wi-Fi + LTE option costs 1199 yuan while the Children variant priced at 999 yuan and all the three models comes in 3GB RAM and 32GB configuration. The device is available for purchase from the company’s official website.
