Oppo Reno 5A smartphone has been launched with an IP68-certified build and quad rear cameras In Japan. The handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC, 64-megapixel primary camera and a 4000mAh battery.
The Oppo Reno 5A comes with a 6.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels at a pixel density of 405 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The smartphone measures 162.00 x 74.60 x 8.20mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 182.00 grams.
Under the hood, the Oppo Reno 5A is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor. The handset comes with 6GB of RAM. The Oppo Reno 5A runs on Android 11 operating system and is powered by a 4000mAh battery.
In terms of cameras, the Oppo Reno 5A on the rear packs a 64-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.7 aperture; an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture; a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.0 aperture.
The Oppo Reno 5A runs ColorOS 11 is based on Android 11 operating system and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 1000GB). The device is a single SIM (GSM) smartphone that accepts a Nano-SIM card.
Connectivity options on the Oppo Reno 5A smartphone include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks).
Sensors on the Oppo Reno 5A phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The handset was launched in Ice Blue and Silver Black colours.
