Vivo introduced a new variant of the Vivo Y1s smartphone in India with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space. Like the 2GB variant of the Vivo Y1s, the 3GB variant of the phone can be expanded further using a microSD card of up to 256GB storage space.
The company launched the Vivo Y1s in India back in November 2020. At the time, the smartphone brand had introduced a single variant of the Vivo Y1s device with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space that can be expanded further up to 256GB.
Vivo Y1s comes with a 6.22-inch HD+ capacitive LCD touch display with a resolution of 1,520x720 pixels and a water-drop notch on top. It comes with a plastic body with 3D curved design. In terms of dimensions, it measures 155.11×75.09×8.28mm and it weighs 161g.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek P35 system-on-chip and it runs on Android 10-based Funtouch OS 10.5. It is available in two variants, one with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space and the other with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space.
Coming to the camera, the Vivo Y1s comes with a single rear camera setup. The smartphone has a 13-megapixel camera at the back with LED flash and a 5-megapixel camera in the front for selfie and video calls. It packed with a 4,030mAh battery.
Both the variants come with a microSD slot that can be used for increasing the storage space further by 256GBs. The smartphone comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. On the connectivity front, the Vivo Y1s comes with a microSD slot, two nano SIM-card slots, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 2.4G.
