The network also commented, “ Our new drama ‘Gifted’ will premiere in the second half of 2026. ” The story follows a baseball coach who gains extraordinary abilities after suffering an unexpected accident.
After managing a professional team, the protagonist ends up coaching a modest high school team, where a new chapter begins in both his career and his life. Kim Woo Bin will play Jung Min Yong, a former professional baseball coach who develops the ability to identify any player's talent at a glance.
Regarding his participation, tvN praised the actor's work and assured viewers that he will portray the character's evolution with a nuanced performance. “ Kim Woo Bin will bring Jung Min Yong’s growth and transformation to life through the depth of his emotions and his powerful screen presence.
