Realme has been launched Book Slim with a 2K display and up to the 11th Gen Core-i5 Processor in Indian market. It is the first notebook from the company, the laptop supports a dual-fan storm cooling system and dual Harmam audio speakers. The laptop runs on Window 11 OS and comes in Real Blue and Real Grey color variants.
Realme Book Slim features a 14-inches IPS LCD Ultra-HD (2160 x 1440 pixels) resolution display with thin bezels that allow a 90% screen-to-body ratio, 400 nits of peak brightness, and 100% sRGB wide color gamut. Under the hood, the laptop is powered by up to 11th Generation Intel Core-i5 processor and coupled with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM + 512GB PCIe SSD storage. In terms of Graphics. It has inbuilt new generation Iris X Graphics.
For cooling, It supports dual 8 mm-diameter heat pipes, dual ultra-thin, high-speed, and high-airflow fans, and an efficient wing-shaped design that maximizes the entire machine’s cooling capacity. The laptop is fueled by a 54Wh battery that is claimed to offer up to 8.5 hours in normal usage on a single charge. Further, It also supports 65W fast wired charging.
In terms of connectivity, The Realme Book Slim has Wifi 6, 1 x USB A Gen 3.1, Thunderbolt 4, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C Gen 3.2 and more. Additional feature includes 3 backlight adjustment modes, 2-in-1 fingerprint, pre-installed MS office, In term of dimensions, the laptop measures14.9mm thickness and weighs 1.38kg.
As for the pricing and availability, the base version of the Realme Book is priced at Rs.46,999 for the Core i3, 8GB + 256GB storage. On the other hand, The Core i5, 8GB + 512GB storage carrries a price tag of 59,999. The first sale of the laptop is going to be live at 12PM IST, 30th August on realme.com and e-commerce platform site Flipkart.
