Samsung Galaxy A52s revealed in the UK as the new 5G smartphone in the Galaxy A series. The Galaxy A52s debuted as the successor to the Galaxy A52 5G that was revealed in March this year. The smartphone comes with Snapdragon’s latest 5G chipset, 120Hz AMOLED display, 64MP quad rear camera, stereo speakers, and more.
Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G features a 6.5 inches AMOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution and a 120Hz fast refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with Snapdragon 778G octa-core chipset coupled with Adreno 642L GPU. The device is running on Android 11 with One UI 3 on top. It is accompanied by up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage that can be extended via a microSD card slot.
In terms of camera, the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G boasts a quad rear camera that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and OIS support, a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens with f/2.2 aperture, a 5-megapixel macro lens with f/2.4 aperture, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone sports a 32-megapixel selfies sensor under the punch-hole at the top center.
The Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G comes equipped with a 4500mah battery and supports 25W fast charging support. For connectivity, the smartphone includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5m headphone jack. Additionally, the smartphone comes with IP67 water and dust resistance rating, stereo speakers, an under-display fingerprint sensor, and more.
As per the news reports, Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G will be sold in three configurations including 6+128GB, 8+128GB, and 8+256GB and the company revealed the handset with a starting price of £409 ( Rs. 41,770 approx ) in the UK. The smartphone will be available for pre-orders from August 24 and will be shipped from September 3 onwards.
