HONOR has launched its latest smartwatch the HONOR Watch GS 3 in the GS series in China. It has almost similar specifications as the HUAWEI WATCH GT 3 that was launched last year 2021. It has a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen with a 3D curved glass, stainless steel 316L low carbon advanced materials, polishing, exquisite workmanship with Nappa calfskin that is a soft and delicate touch, 10.5mm slim, and 44g lightweight body.
The HONOR Watch GS 3 comes with several pre-installed faces with animated faces and 1,000+ designs. It supports Bluetooth calling, a Five dual-band satellite system for precise positioning that reduces the lock time by 47% and improves positioning accuracy by 167%. The smartwatch has an 8-channel PPG module combined with frequency tracking and has AI heart rate dual-engine algorithm to give accurate heart rate.
It also supports 24/7 blood oxygen monitoring with dynamic tracking of blood oxygen status. When there is low blood oxygen then the watch will vibrate to alert to warn. This smartwatch works with HONOR Health 5.0 where you can monitor your heart rate and heartbeat rhythm at any time, as well as a glance at Sleep tracking, identify problems, and more than 200 sleep suggestions to help you sleep soundly. When you are stressed then it guides you to adjust your breathing and relieve stress.
The HONOR Watch GS 3 comes with 100+ sports modes along with 85 custom sports modes and more than 10 professional sports modes, and it also supports 5ATM water-resistant rating. The smartwatch gives you up to 14 days with typical uses by fast charging and 5 minutes of charging promises 1 day of use.
As for pricing and availability, the HONOR Watch GS 3 comes in Silver and Gold colors with a leather strap and the price is 1499 yuan (US$ 235 / Rs. 17,395 approx.). The price of Black color with a silicone strap is 1299 yuan (US$ 203 / Rs. 15,075 approx.). The smartwatch will be available from January 14th only in China and the pre-order has started now.
